Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before your scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 72 hours and 24 hours prior will incur a 50% fee. No refunds are available for cancellations made within 24 hours or for no-shows.
